New Resolutions for February 2020

Assalamualaikum ❤️

1. Body weight 61.16 as of 24/2/2020

- okay bulan ni kena serius amalkan suku suku separuh for calorie control (JANGAN TAMBAH NASI!!!)
- This one real hard 😭 Bulan 2 ni jangan beli makanan manis
- Limit 1 cup of choc drink/coffee/tea a day
- Drink a jug of Green Tea pada hari tak puasa
- Puasa ganti hari husband kerja, husband cuti tak dapat nak puasa
- Record calorie intake dlm apps (just nak pastikan makanan sihat)
- Meal plan 5 times a day ikut apps
- And of course, do excercise (10,000 steps a day)

2. Bantu at least 3 orang prepare pelan takaful

- keep sharing about takaful in social media
- buat masa ni duduk rumah jaga baby, sebab tu takleh keluar rumah sangat untuk appointment apa semua but make sure make people know that I am still doing this

3. Jual habis stok mini agent

- habiskan stok mini agent 10 pcs
- rolling modal RM200 kena sentiasa ada dalam account for next edition
- IG kena always update

4. Khatam al Quran by end of this month

- baca al Quran at least satu muka surat sehari
- Khamis Surah Yasin
- Jumaat Surah Kahfi

5. At least 2 customers Faraalipbutter

- update IG everyday

Fiqa...zira pon aim nk diet tahun ni sebab lepas bersalin + makan pil perancang berat naik dadak2 haha thank u for tips! harap2 kita kositsten ya. zira selalu x kosisten HAHAHA

Alamak baru nak reply komen 😂 Lama dah tak bukak blog. Haha. So far konsisten jugaklah dengan plan ni and BMI dah normal balik which is 24.7. So nak konsisten lagi so bmi boleh turun ke 22. Then 20. InsyaAllah target nak bmi 20 before pregnant lagi.
